The value for money at this place is incredible. The room was stunning, like an old horse barn, with attention to detail and comfort. The location was perfect for exploring the region and the staff treated us like family.
The breakfast experience could be improved by providing more information about the menu options and prices.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our Christmas stay here! The rooms were incredibly charming with a mezzanine floor and a beautiful church-like room. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of choices, with fresh fruits from the farm. The staff were really engaging and helpful, giving us advice on sightseeing. The pool was a highlight, set in a peaceful garden, and we even had it mostly to ourselves. The evening meals were delicious, with local specialties cooked to perfection. We had a brilliant time overall!
There wasn't much we didn't like about our stay, but one small drawback was that we only discovered that they offered horse riding by accident. It would have been great if the hotel had promoted this activity more.

We had a fantastic 2-week road trip in Italy and our stay at Masseria Incantalupi was the highlight. The hosts were caring and friendly, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious , and the spacious apartment with a fireplace was beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel had a beautiful area with a swimming pool, gardens, and a tennis court. The friendly dogs added to the charm. Thank you, Mariateresa, Oxana, Andrea, and the team for a memorable stay!
Would recommend this hotel.

I felt like a princess surrounded by horses and organic food. I indulged in the delicious dishes and explored the breathtaking landscapes of Puglia. The riding school was a unique experience.
Oh, yes, I just love being lost in the middle of nowhere trying to find this gem of a hotel. So convenient.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially in terms of offering a wider variety of breads.

Beautiful surroundings with olive trees, calm and peaceful atmosphere. Spacious room with private living area and dining table. Delicious meals and attentive service.
Location is quite remote and difficult to find, especially at night. Some room furnishings and fixtures appeared to be hastily done and not very sturdy.

The best aspects of my stay were the outstanding hospitality and the beautiful surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, even arranging airport transfers. The property itself was stunning, with well-maintained rooms and a spacious atmosphere. The location was also key, providing a peaceful and quiet escape while still being within easy reach of nearby beaches and attractions. the food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options for both dinner and breakfast.
The discomfort of the beds, which were a bit too firm for my liking. the shower in the bathroom leaked quite a bit due to high water pressure, which was a common issue with all the showers in the property.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great local advice. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of amenities available, such as a pool and a large courtyard.
The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is unreliable, making it difficult for those on a working holiday to stay connected.

I recently stayed at a charming property in Apulia and had a fantastic holiday experience. The secluded natural environment amongst olive orchards was truly peaceful and allowed for a relaxing getaway. The room I stayed in was grand and stylish, exuding character and charm from the 17th century property. The quiet pool area provided a lovely space to unwind and soak up the sun.

I had the most enjoyable stay at a charming villa in Italy. The grounds were elegant and the apartment I stayed in was excellent. The breakfasts were plentiful and the pool was a bonus. I was greeted by Maria Theresa, who was absolutely charming. I cannot fault this property and I would definitely return again. The staff, especially Mariateresa, Oxana, and Andrea, were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, although the meat courses at dinner could be improved. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The only downside was the charge for the airport transfer, which was not mentioned on the website. Despite that, I still had a fabulous experience. It was a bit difficult to find the villa, but once I arrived, I was greeted by Maria Theresa and shown to my room. The initial impression was disheartening, but the warm welcome and delicious food made up for it. The wifi was a bit weak, but overall, I had an exceptional stay. I loved everything about this wonderful place, from the beautiful buildings to the friendliness of the family owners. The ecological food was exquisite and the rustic farm was even more beautiful than the pictures. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.
